At Dental at the Bow, we believe that a respectful and strong relationship with our patients starts with clear communication and full transparency. To ensure your visits with us are as comfortable and smooth as possible, we would like to share some of our office policies with you. We kindly ask that you keep track of your upcoming appointments. As a courtesy, we send reminders prior to your scheduled appointment, as well as a confirmation email, text or phone call. The day before your appointment, you will receive another reminder to help you stay on track. While we do our best to keep you informed, please remember that it is ultimately your responsibility to show up for your appointment unless you have made alternate arrangements with us. We understand that life can be unpredictable – if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer the time slot to another patient. A missed appointment fee may apply if the notice period is not met.

We value every patient’s time, which is why we never double-book our appointments. When you book a visit with us, we reserve time specifically for you. Our ultimate goal at Dental at the Bow is to provide you with a comfortable and positive experience, helping you achieve the highest level of dental care.
