We kindly ask that you keep track of your upcoming appointments. As a courtesy, we send reminders prior to your scheduled appointment, as well as a confirmation email, text or phone call. The day before your appointment, you will receive another reminder to help you stay on track. While we do our best to keep you informed, please remember that it is ultimately your responsibility to show up for your appointment unless you have made alternate arrangements with us. We understand that life can be unpredictable – if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer the time slot to another patient. A missed appointment fee may apply if the notice period is not met.
